VIVA-Raw Potluck with Kristina Sisu   –  Sunday, May 20.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Potluck Welcome, Blessing and Food Sharing will start at 6:00 p.m.  Raw food Presentation:  “I’m stressed, pass the chips – How Emotional Eating Plays a Role in Our Every Day Relationship with Food” at 7:00 p.m.

Location:  Esquimalt Recreation Centre, 527 Fraser Street (Pioneer A + B)

Cost: $5.00 per adult (The $5 fee is to cover the potluck room rental)

Everyone is welcome to attend. Curious or new to to the Raw Food Lifestyle? Come and experience a wonderful assortment of delicious raw vegan foods! RSVPs are not required. Bring your family and friends

Please bring: A prepared raw vegan food dish to generously serve 6 or more adults, salt free, preferably organic. If there are two of you, bring enough to serve 12 or two different dishes.
